It works like this:
You will be able to choose the time that you want to end procrastination and just press the "Play" button. You will see a countdown. When you are ready, you just need to press the "Stop" button and the procrastination will be over.
This app is great for students who have to study for exams, for workers who have to finish their tasks, and for everyone who has to get things done. It is not recommended for people with ADHD.
